1. Shipping Destinations
Norwich Vape currently ships to all addresses within the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal delays or severe weather conditions.

3. Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 2 PM GMT on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: £3.99 (Free for orders over £20)
  • Express Shipping: £8.95
  • Collection is always free. 

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance, postal delays, or natural disasters.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund, provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

8. Changes to Your Order
If you need to make changes to your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.

If you place multiple orders on the same day, our automated system will consolidate them into a single parcel whenever possible. This streamlines shipping and ensures that all your items arrive together, reducing packaging waste and making delivery more efficient.
