At Norwich Vape, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help — within the limits of hygiene, safety, and UK distance selling regulations.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
⚠️ For health and hygiene reasons, e-liquids, pods, coils, and other consumable vape products cannot be returned once opened — unless faulty.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll either:

Or provide store credit
Please provide photos of the issue where possible to speed up resolution.
3. How to Start a Return

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
